PF not submitted in the account from Bangalore PF office

Hello,

I was an employee of Mphasis an EDS company. Joined the company in May and left in April. The PF application was submitted in the month of August and our help desk submitted it to the Bangalore PF office on 11th of September. It is now December and I have not yet received it in my account. I need to know why is the delay and if there is any ETA for the same. Details of the PF Account is as below.

PF account number with Mphasis is (After the Mphasis EDS merger) = KN/16573/11801

I had another PF account before the merger. Please let me know if you need any other details such as the previous PF account number with EDS before the merger with Mphasis.

need this asap as i m also having financial crisis please
