Poor drainage system

The builder has handed over the flats to the occupants, owner/rental, who do not take care of the environmental hazards. For the last 7 days the outlet water flows out from the septic tank on the road and stagnate in a particular area. It is understood that nobody takes interest in calling the vehicles engaged in cleaning the tanks. The area and the adjacent houses are under severe threat of epidemic diseases.
