Improper Service

Dear Sir,

The bus service in Kalyan is not at all on schedule, According to time table the frequency for bus

KALYAN-DURGADI RINGROUTE and KALYAN-BIRLA COLLEGE RINGROUTE is! 7-! 8 minutes,

on 25-may bus service was not provided from 2050 to 2155,

though i experienced irregularity in service one day, many people been complaining that this is the situation everyday.

as this is peak hour and many people been physically tired after long travelling from their offices by train,

this waiting time for buses is really been tiring.

so, i request you to take appropriate action on this, as the service is for public.proper frequency between service should be maintained
