Sewage Chamber is broken

Dear Sir,

Sewage Chamber of 39/E/3 Dabouli Kanpur (residence of Mr. Ashok Tomer) is broken and dirty water is overflowing to bottom line level of submersible bore well of same house which is installed by the side of chamber and further it is spreading to all bottom levels in area around and all nearby residents are compelled to receive the dirty water from their taps. On request Site was visited by Shri Kailash Pal (Area Parshad) also bot No fruitful result is achieved. Nagar Nigam is requested to take the initiate the repair of sewage chamber.
