Refund of deposit

I have applied for the LIG house responding the KHB advertisement along with a DD of Rs.2, 000/- in the year 1992. Till today KHB has not informed about the allotment of house or any other information. Despite frequent visit and telephone call to its office they have not supplied required information. Fed up with their behaviours I requested several times to refund the deposited money. They say yes, but they are not responding to my request. For the long 18 years they kept my Rs.2, 000/- without any reason. I want to get it back with appropreate interest and compensation for their irresponsive behaiour. Please help me to do the needfu.
