Irresponsible behaviour and inefficient work

The electricity department is very irresponsible and very rude in their actions. They are not maintaining the data properly. Even though i payed the electricity bill with in due date menctioned on bill, department person has removed and took the fuse with him with out informing to us. We have proper reciept of payment.

- After the incident i went to electricity office of my area and showed the bill payment recipt. Eventhough they are not accepting their mistake and also reacted aggressively by telling stupid reasons like customers has to paste the recept at meters and all.
