Ketocal baby powder
Stuck dead in Indian customs department

I have posted a package through USPS of ketocal baby powder that is badly needed for my relative's 4 months old baby who is on critical epilepsy treatment and needs this powder, which is not available in India. I posted on Nov 19 and it is still sitting in Indian customs department for clearnace. The online status shows as in Indian customs since Nov 29. I wonder why it is taking so long to clear from customs the factory selaed baby powder and reach baby patient within normal a week's time. Can some one please help to clear this critically needed item. This is addressed to Hyderabad, AP
