Dear sir

I am costumer of KFCSC lingarajpuram Bangalore from past 13 years from past 2 years I am not getting proper services

From 3 months I am not getting my gas when I try on-line services there I get massage that your distributor has cleared all delivery 1St of Jan the massage was delivery was cleared by distributor I bought in black again on 10 of Feb the massage was you have booked on 9Th of Feb you will receive soon on 15Th of Feb the massage was delivered. I called up distributor he says it has been delivered to you every month without miss distributor or the kfcsc staff books the cylinder behalf of customer and they sell it in black when contacted staff they are so rude they openly say we are not delivering do what ever is possible from U. I have all required proof and document if needed please help me and do needful
