BRIBE FOR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

I am a resident of Kharghar (NAVI MUMBAI) and as there is no municipal office here marriage registration is done under divisional gram panchyat (OHVE GAON). I have been rounding there office for almost 8 times when finally i found it open.

Further the concerned person their (9320872364) told me that i have submit documents i.e. possession letter, affidavit, witness ID proof (true copy) etc, To my shock he demanded 3 years tax respective to my flat area (around twelve thousand). Explanation was that as we pay tax to CIDCO accordingly they must also get some share.

Even he instructed that the same has to be put as per gram saveks conveyance i.e. any weekday they can call.

I'm totally disheartened for being citizen of such corrupted society working from 9 to 9, and request any of the concern holding power to help the COMMON MAN.

Trust this crime reflects in almost all government process required by us, but for Marriage certificate is completely unacceptable.
