Air and sound pollution

My father had purchased a flat on 45, Diamond Harbour Road, Sakher Bazar, Kolkata-8.I had also purchased a flat next to it so that I can stay comfortably at the same building with my family. Unfortunately the municipal corporation and the state had failed to arrest the growing air pollution and sound pollution due to which I have started having hearing problem along with asthama and various other health issue.

I have paid all my taxes, both to the state and to the central government for this flat and for having a healthy and safe life in my country. I pay my direct taxes also regularly.

Now I want to know whether I have my rights as an Indian to live a healthy and safe life in my country.
