Noise pollution

This is regarding frequent noise pollution & nuisance created by dwellers of slum besides Tower 4, South City Residences, 375 Prince Anwar Shah Road. Use of loudspeakers for recreational purposes even in odd hours of night and afternoon (much above the prescribed decibel level) has made life of nearby residents miserable. Many elderly couples and exam going students stay in our complex, who are very much disturbed by this. Please help!!!
