Stopped service

There was a ksrtc bus service from kumily to changanasserry in the morning 5.40 from kumily depot. for the last 3.5 years I am a regular traveller in that bus. but for the last 1 week the service is stopped, when we contacted the kumily ksrtc station they said "the service in loss so we are unable to continue it" .for the past these years they dont realize service in loss. there is always all the seats are full then how can it be in loss. now the bus stopped, and the private owned bus at that time is getting more profit. also the travelling difficulty is more. i think the ATO at kumily means the 2 private buses followed by ksrtc bus is at loss, so he have get payed to stop that bus.
