Stealing of gas

we the residents of K, 37/80-81-82 Gwal Das Sahu Lane Varanasi P.S. Kotwali request you to stop refilling and stealing of gas from home delivery gas cylinders. One person name Sharad refill gas from his room and cause danger for the residents of that narrow street. Many trollyman come between 7to 10 am and steal gas from cylinders in that room.

So Sir, resident of that street request you to stop that illegal operation of gas cylinders.
