Poor service of sweepers

Sir,

I am Alka Kulshreshtha resident of 21/1107 house of indira nagar sector 21.There is one sweeperess named Shanti who never comes on her duty. Once in a month she visits all housed in our nabour. She has deputed one boy for collection of garbagge from houses, but she never cleans the road in front of our house. All our nabours are fed up with her services but nobody takes pain to complain her. She collects Rs.30 from each house but we donot know what she pays to her subcontractor.

Please look into the matter and arrange new sweeper or warn her.
