I would like to bring the ongoing UGAHI in Lucknow Secretariat. It is about those passouts of the Uttar Pradesh universities who visit the office to attest their degree to apply in foreign countries like USA, UK, and MIDDILE EAST. The authorities in office are harassing the candidates mentally by asking them to produce original job letter of the foreign Institutions/Organizations and refuse to accept the email copy of the appointment. Second, they tell them to be delayed till 5 to 10 days due to technical reasons. Further, they ask to do their attestation immediately if they pay 4 to 5 thousands of India rupees. As per my knowledge, there does not require paying any money. Since the applicants in foreign jobs are in shortage of time, they are forced to pay high amount to the corrupt officers in Lucknow Secretariat to get the attestation of the degrees.
