Pan card not received & paid Rs 125

Dear Sir,

My name is Johnny Rodrigues

Pan card no: AVMPR4281R

I applied for a Pan card on 11th May'10, I was asked to pay Rs 125/- for Hand delivery, instead of Rs 94/- (Post) & I was assured to get the delivery within 20 days & I should collect it from his shop.

On 8th June’10 I checked with this agent if my card is ready & his reply was the card is under process & it will come by post. I reminded him, I paid Rs 125/- which he said you can go & complain to Consumer Court.

Now I checked the status of my Pan card through the website, I found my name as John Rodrigues

The correct name is Johnny Rodrigues.

Please advice as what I should do.
