Extra light cutting aftr the load shadding

I stay in virar west unitech west end,

as per daily load shading the lights are cut down for some period of time. but apart from that the lighta are cut down due to there ir responsibility, and i call and complaint about there work they reply that complient to senior or there office.

my suggetion is that . if you are not capable to handle the issue or problem please take the retirement and give chance to young generation that thay can work hard.
