Hi,

Now Iam in UK, Iam planning to bring my family here. My wife has been applied for passport. From past 4 months onwards it's showing the same status. Now for my child's passport, I need to produce the Marriage certificate to get the affidevit from UK counslate. I have enquired the registar in nellore, they were saying that, if both (wife and husband) are here then only they will provide the certificate. I heared that we can get the letter from lawyer which is Notary Public affidevit. Please let me know, can I apply for VISA with this letter.
