Disposal of domestic waste

We are residing at Ishwar colony Bawana Delhi. In our locality nera MD school some body bought a plot and left it unconstructed hence neighbours are using it to dispose their domestic waste. Which makes the surrounding areas pathetic, this leads to very poor hygine conditions and can further lead to an epidemic
