Water logged and uncovered drain cause accumulation of mosquitoes

Respected Sir,

I am a resident of D-13/178, ROHINI SEC-7, DELHI -110085, around 1 month ago the construction of drainage system had been completed.but there were no coverage of drains and not even cleaned, which cause breeding of mosquitoes and due to which members of my house became ill

so, i request you to plz take necessary action regarding this complaint.
