Dump in the park corne

I am the resident of c-2, block yamuna vihar delhi, there is park betwwen H. No. C-2/92, 93, 112, 217, 246, 247 called the shri ram park. We maintains it our self. From some time the renovation is going on in H. No. C-2/217, They have dumped the building material waste & POP in the park corner, Now the other peoples are also throwing their garbage on this.By which the plant & trees are dying., I have visited 2 times the local office (Nursery) in the regard but no action have been taken yet since past one month. I request the concerned officers to kindly take the action so that plant & trees could be saved from this death.
