Short circuit in lghts

Respected sir,

we are submitting this complaint on behalf of the park view association for the park situated opposite to houses ie 989/15, 990/15, 991/15, 992/15, faridabad. Problem is that due to improper insulation of the joints of connection of the tube lights situated in our park, there is leakage of current, when the garden is watered. Due to this problem a fatal accident can occur some or the other day.

Further rainy days are ahead and water will drip underground, when there is slightest of shower, thus again causing some serious accident. Our humble request is that this matter should be treated most urgent and the joints should be amended as soon as possible.
