Sir / Madam I have been staying in In UTTAM VIHAR, UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELH - 110 059 for the last 2 yrs and i have been seeing that mostly 90% of the J.J.Colony people staying here do Theft of Electricity as I know one Mr. Mohammed Shafiq of house number C-70, 1st floor above Sahiba Beauty Parlour, J.J.Colony Uttam Nagar uses the Theft of the electricity, He never uses the Gas for the cooking but always does theft of the electricity, mostly the theft is done from evening 5.00 pm to 10.00 Am of the above mentioned locality is a habitual offender of electricity theft. Hence please raid his house at thuis time and you will definitely be able to catch him red handed, Especially on Sunday full day he uses only the Theft Electricity,
