Delay in issuevof passport

Dear Sir,
My file application number for passport is W110580 and the date of application is 27th June. I have applied for the passport of my daughter, named Tanya Abhay Gupta. I have been checking status online for past one monthe and it shows "report is clear and the application is under process". It is almost three months now and i need the passport very urgently, Please help me asap.
