Respected Everyone,

Yesterday I went to T.Nagar for my personal duties. I am from Red Hills. So I don't have direct bus facility to reach T.Nagar. I boarded a bus to Broadway and then from Broadway to T.Nagar. After getting back to T.Nagar Bus Terminus, time was 15:15. I had only one bus to broadway (Some 11 series). By the time 15:25 driver came in and started the bus to front gate it and he told that he will come back within 10mins. But the situation was - I was waiting for a long time and by exactly 16:00 he again came and changed the route to CMBT. Still I planned to go there and get a different bus to Red Hills. It took 10 more mins for the driver to start. I reached CMBT exactly 16:45 and got another bus immediately to Red Hills and god sake that I reached Red Hills by 17:50.

So please think about the timings started at 15:15 and reached by 17:45 which is 2hrs and 30mins out of which 0ne hour for waiting inside the bus. This is terrible experience that I ever had with MTC. When I approached Assistant Manager on the T.Nagar Bus terminus, no response from him (Sorry am not sure about his name). He asked me to check with Time keeper. Why can't these Public sectors have an immediate Consumer contact number? which will enable them to the best service. Why these transport system still is looking like a Bullock Cart age? We have to check the number of buses in the terminus and then allot a driver for that bus immediately. Please don't say the Driver job is toughest one. Now a days every job is a toughest one. Make sure that the Drivers and Conductors are not exceeding their break timings. When You look at the MNCs or any corporates, they are very strict in breaks.

I still have certain suggestions but no time to share it. Please Please Please to all Government Organizations, concentrate on the way to do the job without stressing Yourself and the Public especially to the service industries. JAI HIND.
