I have applied for Mhada Lottery vide my Application No.9000029278 and DD No.061752 dt.05.05.2011 drawn from ICICI Bank, Fort, amounting to Rs.25, 000/- is not refunded to me, when I have not been allotted a flat under the said scheme.
