MOBILE RECHARGE
Unsuccess Recharge but debit the money

Dear Sir/Madam

I had recharge the mobile of Rs. 70/- only the recharge process has failed with this I have received the SMS failure notice and deduct the money from my ATM Dabit card. Pls. suggest what to do?
