Sir,

This is to inform you that one customer (Mr. Ajay Kumar R/O B-9/258, SEC-5, Rohini, Delhi. ) of Andhra Bank, C-9/116, Sec-8, Rohini, Delhi-85 (Ground Floor), vide Car No-DL 8 CS 4359 (Santro-Grey) visited today and parked his car infront of our office vide name Health Code India (P) Ltd.(Basement) and blocked the space to park another vehicle infront of my office. Further I requested to Guard of Andhra Bank to inform him to move little bit left or right, so that I can park my scooter infront of my office. But he has not turned up, finally he came after 20 minutes and simply fired on me and insulted & abused me, rather I should complaint him for his wrong parking. Further I also fired him on his act, but in response to this he hit me two three times on my face with the full force with the wrong intentions and I try to save myself every time, but in between my one little figure of left hand got fractured and some injury on my forehead and lips too.

So I herby request you to punish him for such kind of act, so that they think twice before hit anybody in future and to save humanity too.

This is regarding below mentioned complaint which was duly informed on 100 No and PCR

visited and taken to Hospital for MLC on 21 st May.

But there was no response from Sec-7 Police Station till date. Rather your appointed ASI

Mr. Perm Pal vide mob no 9868746564 & 9899454245 for this case is supporting to culprit

Mr. Ajay Kumar.

So kindly look into the matter and order him to make FIR immediately and take action against

such kind of person with the killing instinct, which is very dangerous for the human being and

simply encouragement to Crime.
