Late Delivery

We had given our goods to Gati services to deliver it to Pune. They had picked up the parcel from our office on 11-12-09 & assured us to deliver it on 12-12-09 .But on todays date i.e 17-12-09 the goods had not been delivered. We had talked to their staff about this but thet were very rude in answering to us and told us that you can go and complaint it to anybody you want. Being a service provider they cant answer us like this. As our delivery is late the party had cancelled the order & we ad a loss of rupees 75000/-.request you to please take action against them.
