Electricity- Wrong Billing

The Complaint is with regard to wrong billing of electricity charges by the Assam State Electricity Board.(ASEB), to M/s Niachal Associates having consumer no. 005000018449

The Board has charged Rs. 33808 as arrears of electricity charges in the bill presented to us for the current period (for reference kindly see the bill dated 02/06). We are unable to understand on what account the Board has shown Rs. 33808 as arrears as we regularly pay our bills to the Board on time.

Its a kind request from our side to look into this matter as the amount charged by the Board is a failure and substantial also.

Kindly revert us back as soon as possible.
