Me email complaint to Commissioner of police Mumbai

I had sent an sos email to the Commissioner of Mumbai on 28 June.

I wanted to know the Action Taken Report from the CP so I wrote application under RTI on 27 December and sent it by post. I attached copies of my 28 June email to it.

I got the reply that the Web Development Dept of Crime Br does not have the email address to which I had sent my 28 June email.28 June

I have doubly confirmed that that was in fact the "official email address of the then Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, as given on the Mumbai Police web site as on 28 June.

I have sent a copy of my 28 June email again on the same email address and it han not been returned to me "undelivered".

I have sent another email to the present CP to advise the Web Dev. Dept Crime Br. to trace my email sent on 28 June.

What can I do?
