Issuance of Birth Certificate

I Anil Kumar, lodge my request with MCD on 30.05.2011 bearing online application no.1007279 for issuance of duplicate birth certificate of my son Ravi Khatri born in 1993 in MCD Najafgarh office, Delhi.

At the time of complaint, they inform me that it will take approx. three to four weeks time, when I approach them after specified period, they inform me that our application pending with Sub-registrat office, when i visit there, no body guite us & no-one telling us the correct person name & address.

Three to four time, we visit there, nobody taking any interest to guite us properly.

Request to lodge my complaint and instruct the authority to do the needfuf on prioriety basis.
