Bad governanace of muncipality, Almora

Dear sir/madam,

I am born and broughtup in this town of Almora in Uttaranchal. I've never seen the condnition of this town so bad in my life. Following are the main areas of concern

1. General cleanliness it seems that this town has no cleaning system at all, you have to walk between the heap of garbage in the main market and other areas, one can see cow dung, pile of garbages everywhere sooner or later it can cause some major disease outbreak in this town.

2.Stray cattle and dogs, one can see everywhere cattles roaming around and dangerous dogs walking the streets, I've seen dogs attacking school kid, near police station almora he was so grebiously injured that he got 10 stitched in head and was taken to some hospital in haldwani.

3. Encroachment in market area, one can see souch encroachment in market mainly by vegetable vendors that it is diffcult to walk here, these vendors also throw away all there rotten vegetable in market place.

I request higher authorities to please take action against muncipal corporation of almora as soon as possible as even after complaining the executive officer and chairman no action has been taken.
