Improper timing of fresh water supply

I am resident of ajit road, street no.19, bathinda..we face alot of problem regarding the supply of fresh water.there is no proper timings for supply of fresh water.we get fresh water at anytime of the day like at midnight at 12, 1 a.m, etc..even in the evening timing is not permanent and sometimes we do not get any supply in the day time.

There should be two permanent timings for supply of fresh water, one in the evening and other in the morning.please solve it at the earliest possible.

secondly people in the locality are extending there house buildings beyond there legal areas.one copies the other.municipal people are not having a check over it wich is illegal.
