Regarding complaint against a factory in a residential area

I am Akash Choudhary, a studentof engineering, living in dharampura area of Najafgarh, New Delhi. I want your guidance regarding complaint against an almirah factory running in a complete residential area. This factory creates headache as they work from 8 in the morning to late night. For a student like me, it is difficult to concentrate in my studies. Kindly assist me by telling where should i complaint whether it is online complaint or to some officer.
