No information for the change of house no

Dear Sir,

According to the officer in Lucknow Municipal corporation zone-5, the assessment of property has been done in and a new house no is allotted to the property owner. But still in 2010 many property owners are unaware about such change and no information is circulated by the Municipal Corporation.

For such a change in house number need to be implemented in other services like electricity, Telephone, Water, Voter ID, Passport, Bank & I am afraid if any one has even the clue of such change.

This is clearly the lagging of department for not sharing such an important change with the public.

My request is to put the corporation under question for such an error.
