Storage of waste garbage in open drain

Sir, I am a resident of A! B-60 Janak Puri New Delhi. In from of our house there was a open drainage, strarting from A! B-126A and end at A! A Blovk. A few months ago, some portion of its was covered by the authorities, but the sides of the drainange are still open. A few months ago, legally or illegally, not in my knowledge, open sides of this drainange was filled by waste malba. The filling was done from A1B 126A to A! B 56 and on it some labour class has made their jhugis. Everyday they come for toilet purpose in from of our houses in the opendrainage that is not covered. Sir due to this, there is so much problems occurs that it is not possible for us to live there. Kindly take imeediate and proper action to sort out our problems.
