Poor Sanitation Condition

Sir,

Having exhausted all normal channels for remedial measures, I am constrained to bring to your notice the state of affairs prevailing in the MCD Department. In this connection I may inform you that I have several times launched complaints on phone with the MCD Department Ashok Nagar about the unhealthy an unhygienic conditions in the area around beat 106-136 which has virtually become a place for breeding of mosquitoes due to heaps of garbage and filth. I also personally met (4 times) Mr. Ishwar Singh (ASI) who is concerned in the matter but to my surprise apart from exhibiting immense negligence an rudeness, so far he has not taken any action. As you know sir in case if the old garbage is not remove immediately it will be a gargantuan source of spread of communicable diseases which would especially affect small kids an Infants.

It would be highly appreciated if your honor could look into the matter personally and issue necessary directions to the officials concerned to do the needful which woul go a long way in preventing the spread dreadful diseases
