Sewage blockage/overflow

I live at D 844 New Friends Colony. Inspite of repeated requests made at the local MCD office, for the outside sewage drain behind the house being blocked, no person has even bothered to visit or take any action. Now the blockage is so bad that our sewage is overflowing from our drain. It is a shame to see this kind of service in a so called posh colony of South Delhi and it is a serious health hazard. What are we paying our taxes for? Pls help.
