Stray Dogs/ Dog bites in our colony

Dear Sir,

There are manySTRAY DOGS seen loitering around, can be heard barking at passersby, many a times bites at strangers/ guests ete. Do the authorities feel it approprate, then let it remain as it is.

BG5/BG5A Paschim vihar is already a den of anti-social elements, not liveable for a common man with his family.

I'M sure if authorities interupt and take action against corrupt officials and local goons who bring in stray dogs, the problem can be ressolved.
