Land/Road Encroachment

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with regard to the illegal construction of huts on the public road opp. to Sri. Vishnumurthy Temple, Doddnagudde, UDUPI. This road is only connecting road the local residents. However, on this road there are around 3-4 huts have been constructed illegally. And day by day, new huts rising up. Complaint regarding this was given to UDUPI Municipal Corporation many times since year 2000. However NO action taken yet. This road is also being kept for an emergency fire safety action by the side by Shivalli Horticulture Dept. A written complaint was given to the Horticulture Director, Lalbagh, Bangalore on 26.07.2010. A letter clearly mentioning suitable action for clearing the illegal huts was issued by the Horticulture Director Office to the Assistant Director, Horticulture Dept. UDUPI on 2.8.2010. The copy of the same is received by me. However, the Horticulture office at Udupi has taken no action yet. The people of the huts made the life of the residents miserable.

In this regard, kindly take the necessary action.
