Respected Sir,

We are resident of Vijay nagar/purshotamnagr New Sama Rd Vadodara. There are approx 70 to 80 houses in our society which is 21 yrs old and declared as a JHUPADPATI by VMNSS being without NA land.

Mr Rakesh N Srivastav, an resident of 21 Vijay nagar having his three plot in this society is constructing an apartment of four floor 14 flats of two BHK without any margin, permission. As per our application a notice to stop work has been issued to the above individual by VMNSS. (copy of the all correspondence are available with Town Devp office). Copy of our application was sent to CM also and a letter from Section offr City Devp and City housing Devp, Gandhi nagar was sent to VMNSS also.

Sir now with the help of money, muscle and political approach he again started his illegal construction and threatening to the residence of our society that if his illegal construction will be stopped he will demolish all the houses in this society. A similar complain we have already sent to our respected CM on line on 10 Sep 11 also.

In view of the above, we are requesting your good honour to look in the matter and do the needful at the earliest please.
