Lockage in drains & breeding of mosquitoes

We r the resident of khasra no.123/9 cross road, sant nagar, Burari. Inspite of repeated requests no any hear from M.C.D. regarding prevention of mosquitoes in our area. Also for cleaning of drains. Now we complled to file a case against M.C.D. and Health Dartment for same for consequences they are fully liable.
