Drain work half done

I am a resident of Artillery Road, Ulsoor. For 2 weeks now the BBMP has started work on the drain on this road. Its been two weeks since they removed the stones from the front of my house but not replaced them. I am not able to remove my car, getting into and out of the house has become a problem. Its like being a prisoner inside my own house. Several complains have gone in vein. Could someone please take care of this or redirect the complaint to the right authorities.

The contract has been given to a private agent. If the agent does not do a good job, the contract should be withdrawn and given to someone else. The worker I spoke to told me he does not come for work since the contractor does not pay him. Why do I need to suffer for some contractors inefficiency. I think the BBPM should have a look into this issue and take the necessary action.
