My neighbour vinay prakash s/o prakash chand resident of 58/38a lukergang has a illegal dairy. he accumulates and decay gobar adjacant to my house causing great problems to the residents of the area. several complaints have been made to nagar nigam but no action has been taken.the walls of the room have been broke and dirty water comes in the room. plesse help to clean the area.
