Pollution and accumulation of waste

I have been making several complaints to the Central Pollution Control Board, Regional Pollution Control Board, the Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad regarding the foul smell emanating from the huge drain which is almost 10 kms long and which is adjacent to my residence and also the residences of nearly 300 to 400 residents in Brij Vihar, Ghazibad, UP. The Central Pollultion Control Board has written several letters to the Nagar Ayukta, Ghaziabad, to cover the huge drain. Even letters have been written to the office of the Chief Minister, UP who have stated that the huge drain should be covered but the Nagar Ayukta, Ghaziabad, UP is turning a blind eye to the several complaints. Information has also been sought under the RTI but the Nagar Nigam is not doing anything in this regard. Due to the foul smell and gases emanating from the huge drain there is corrosion of the iron items, air conditioners, televisions, fridge. Is this called development on the part of the Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad
