Dear Sir,

I worked for a MNC. I had submmited re-authorization forms in Hyderbad PF office (Barkatpura) on Sep 15th. as the first time they released the checks, my bank account number was given wrong so i again submitted re-authorization forms on sep15th. But as of today i haven't received any response from them. In these 4months, i visited their office for more than 10times and every time i go there they give me the same answer that by next week it will be completed. I stay in Vijayawada but still due to some financial problems i had a situation to depend on that PF amount. Being a girl and having no one in hyderabad i need to go to HYD on morning and return on the same day in the evening which takes almost 12hrs of journey for me. When i try finding my PF status on phone they barely answer the calls and even if they answer as soon as we say that we were calling about the status they immediatly cut off the line. They don't give me a chance to request them to let me know the status on call as i cannot come all the way from Vij to Hyd just to know the PF status. The lady staff working in the Cash Section are tooo rude and irresponsible. Even they see people waiting for them, they will make us stand for half an hour just that they were having tea as soon as they come to office and for another 3-4hrs that because they need to talk to each other. Its not that they do not respond to the people. They do respond but one person per hour, thats it.

Last time i went to their office they were telling me that they coulnd't find the forms that i have submitted (Forms missing from them after i submitted) and asking to again submit the forms with my companies attestation, which is impossible for me for the next 6-10months as my company signing authority has left to US. I dont't understand why these people are so much worried just to give back our own earned/saved money. While we join in a job we feel that PF ia a sort of savings, but now all this looks like PF is a sort of saving to the PF organization and not to the earned ones.

When i went to the PF Assistant commisioner who is in the same building, she was telling me that without the forms she cannot release the check. Even after i showed her the confirmation slip that i got from the reception saying that i have submitted all the docs, she was not ready to accept this. When they have missed the forms i dont understand howcome will it be the publics fault.

Its not only about me, as said i had visited the PF office for more than 10 times and i used to stay there for almost morning 10:30 to 4 in the evening just to know the status. I have seen many people coming there with the same problem. If the employees were irresponsible we can complaint to the PF Commisioner or Asst. PF commissioner. But if they both were also irresponsible then whom should we complaint?? I request you to please provide some source to the public who were facing these kind of problems. There must someone to whom we can complaint and let the things happen on time. For PF amount we cannot go the ministers right?

I am sorry if already there was someone who could help me on this, as i don't know about it and please let me know. Not only me, many of the public don't know about it and we were roaming around the PF office for months and months to get OUR PF amount. Please understand our situation and take this as a high priority and help us on this.
