Dear Sir:

I am unable to apply for my Pension since EPF Organisation, Regnl Office, Goa Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Panaji have not got the transfer of amount from RPFC. Thane, due to / Form 7 of Photophone Ltd. having established Code No. MH/4102 is not available with your office.

I can provide break-in service statement from Photophone Ltd. but I do not have Form 7

with me because the company personnel used to file the annual returns to RPFC and the copy of the same was not given to any employee.

Photophone Ltd. has submitted the form 7 annual returns to the EPF office and now if they have misplaced the records, why should my pension be held up?

Kindly look into the matter and settle this issue at your earliest as my reminder letters

to your PF office are unanswered.
