There are lot of open entries on Express Highway from Ambala to Chandigarh for stray animals. We had a narrow escape when a bull, chasing a cow came in front of my car running, near Dappar from opposite side of road at around 9:30 pm. Though I had very little to react, had to apply sudden brakes in a bid of save ourselves. We could save our lives but lot of damage happened to car. Bull was also safe with very injuries.

Govt.is making Express highways to enable to run vehicle at 90 KMPH but how they can be so ignorant about people's safety.

There must be done something immediately to avoid such accidents
