E ticket refunding

Hi,

I have booked tickets with apsrtc online services so many times. Most of the times it deduct the balance from accounts, but the ticket will not book properly. Even after that also that amount will not get refunded. I have sent a mail to "onlinerefund@apsrtc.gov.in" to this id. But i didnt get my money back. This is very horrible service like without refunding the amount back
